Dual Colored Pencil Set
Dual Colored Pencil Set
Celebrate coloring with this new set of 12 dual colored pencils. Comes in a sturdy metallic case with work on paper PP-858, 1930 on the front. Includes 12 colored pencils with different colors on either end. Did Clyfford test his pastels, crayons and graphite pencils on this paper?
This artwork was shown during the Memory, Myth & Magic Exhibition May 23-Sep 29, 2013. Clyfford Still’s work and thought are pervaded by subtle yet strong allusions to his memories, ancient cultures, and his wide-ranging knowledge of artistic tradition. These traces lurk throughout his art in surprising ways—only to be shattered by Still’s bold ability to constantly reinvent his imagery and style. This exhibition covers a span of over four decades (c. 1929–70), including a total of some forty paintings, photographs by the artist, works on paper, and sculptures in order to explore the change and continuity in Still’s ideas and pictorial forms. Curated by Senior Consulting Curator David Anfam.
